FAMILY RENTING A PRIVATE ROOM WITH BATH- GIRL/S ONLY

Family ( Korean/English Speaking) is renting a private room with bath in the first floor. It is a private room but there are two beds ready to share with a friend( same gender) if you want to.
Price and Term:
$500 per person per month, if you are sharing with a friend
$950 per month, if you want it as a private room for 3 months,
$860 per month, if you want is as a private room for 6 months and,
$800 per month, if you want it as a private room for 12 months.
Utilities and WiFi included.
The house is newly built and it is located near Vermont Avenue and 24th Street. Walking distance to Ralph's, Nature's Brew, Bacaro LA, nearby school shuttle bus and Wellington distance to USC
